Is this available in Arabic?+
Yes — entirely. Sessions can be conducted in Arabic, in English, or a combination of both, whichever is most natural for you. All documents, templates, and the strategy we build together are available in both languages. Arabic is my first language and most of my live campaigns run in the Arab market.
I work full time. Is one session per week manageable?+
Absolutely. I work full time too. Sessions are scheduled around your availability — evenings and weekends are standard. One hour per week is genuinely manageable for almost anyone who is serious about improving their results.
What if I do not see results within 90 days?+
Full refund. No conditions and no questions. The only requirement is that you complete all 12 sessions and implement the strategy we build together. If you do the work and the results do not follow, you receive every dirham back.
Do I need to have active campaigns already?+
Not necessarily. Some clients come with active campaigns that we audit and optimise together. Others are starting from scratch. We begin with a full review of whatever currently exists and build the strategy forward from there.
What does the CRM and systems work involve?+
We audit your current CRM setup, lead scoring logic, automation workflows, and the connection between your advertising and your sales pipeline. Most businesses run ads into a gap — the CRM work closes that gap so you can track every lead from first contact to converted customer. I have built and managed these systems using MoEngage across large UAE brands and apply the same principles at any scale.
Can I pay in two instalments?+
Yes. Two payments of AED 3,750 each — one at the start of the program and one at day 45. Mention this preference on the discovery call and it will be arranged without any additional process.
